Sales Operations Manager (SOM) – Remote / Commission-Only – Healthy Food Delivery Network

Location: Remote (Tampa Bay area connections preferred)
Type: Independent Contractor (1099) – Commission Only
Schedule: Fully flexible – part-time or full-time

About HEHA

HEHA (Healthy Habit LLC) is a Tampa-based food delivery and vending network on a mission to make healthy, local food more affordable while supporting restaurants, vendors, and drivers in our community.

We deliver bulk healthy meals from trusted local restaurants and vendors — free of seed oils, artificial flavors, and unnecessary additives — to offices, schools, senior homes, events, and other organizations that value better food and better health.

Our HEHA Community Pass gives members exclusive perks, partner discounts, and rewards — all while funding the Freebird Fund, which helps individuals experiencing homelessness gain independence by converting minivans into safe, livable spaces.

The Role

We’re seeking Sales Operations Managers (SOMs) who believe in our mission and want to build income while making an impact. This is a fully remote, commission-only role where you control your schedule and growth potential.

You’ll work with two main client types:

1. B2C (Immediate Commissions)

  • Sign up families, meal prep customers, event planners, or individuals for the HEHA Community Pass
  • Earn $10–$50 commission per sign-up

2. B2B (Long-Term Passive Income)

  • Build relationships with offices, senior homes, schools, and public departments for bulk meal orders
  • These accounts receive free Community Passes
  • Earn 20¢ per portion from every bulk order your clients place — for as long as they remain active

What You’ll Do

  • Promote HEHA’s mission, services, and Community Pass benefits to individuals and organizations
  • Use HEHA’s digital tools, QR codes, and marketing assets to drive sign-ups
  • Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat orders and referrals
  • Represent HEHA’s brand values in all interactions — online and in person

Compensation

  • $10–$50 per Community Pass sign-up (B2C)
  • 20¢ per portion in passive income from B2B bulk orders (free-pass accounts)
  • Example:
    • If a client orders 20 portions every weekday, you would earn about $1,040/year from that client in passive income
    • Signing 50–100 consistent B2B clients could yield $50,000–$100,000/year in passive income — plus your B2C commissions
    • Actual income will vary based on client order frequency and mix of B2B/B2C accounts
  • With the right mindset, network, and consistent outreach, this role offers significant turnover potential year over year

Why This Role is Different

  • 100% remote — you decide your hours and approach
  • Build quick earnings with B2C while growing long-term B2B passive income
  • No income caps — your book of clients is yours to grow
  • Sell something that genuinely helps people and strengthens the local community

What We’re Looking For

  • Mission-driven and aligned with HEHA’s values of health, sustainability, and community
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a commission-only environment
  • Confident networking with both individuals and business decision-makers
  • Organized, professional, and eager to build a long-term client base

Support from HEHA

  • Training on HEHA’s services, benefits, and best outreach strategies
  • Digital and print marketing tools, including personalized QR codes and links
  • Full delivery and order fulfillment handled by HEHA — you focus on sales and relationships

Frequently Asked Questions - SOM

Please reach us at geronimo@heha.online if you cannot find an answer to your question.

You have a lot of options:

  • Friends & Family: Start with people you know who meal prep, host gatherings, or value healthy eating.
  • Parents & Parent Groups: Many parents need healthy meal options for their families.
  • Gym-Goers & Fitness Communities: Promote to people who train regularly and want meal plans.
  • Dietitian Partnerships: Partner with nutritionists to offer meal delivery to their clients.
  • Events: Target birthdays, parties, and community gatherings.
  • Online Promotion: Share your Community Pass link on social media, local forums, and community groups.

Yes — you’re encouraged to!

  • Build a simple landing page with your referral link.
  • Create email sequences to follow up with leads.
  • Make short videos for Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube explaining the Community Pass and HEHA’s mission.
  • Use your creativity — as long as it’s in line with HEHA’s values, you can experiment.

  • Identify local micro-influencers (1k–50k followers) in wellness, food, or lifestyle niches.
  • Offer them a free Community Pass plus commission for each sign-up through their audience.
  • Give them your personalized QR code and let them promote in their own style.

Yes — within HEHA’s guidelines. Examples:

  • Bundle the Community Pass with a local service (e.g., gym membership or wellness class).
  • Offer a bonus gift for sign-ups you bring in (meal voucher, local product, etc.).
  • Run a limited-time “Group Pass” deal for families or friends.

Absolutely — this is one of the best strategies. Consider:

  • Local clubs and associations
  • Sports teams
  • Professional networking groups
  • Parent-teacher organizations
  • Faith-based communities

The HEHA Community Pass is more than just a discount — it’s a way to:

  • Support small business exposure – Partner restaurants and vendors get more visibility and sales.
  • Ensure fair pay – Drivers and restaurants are paid better than through mainstream delivery platforms.
  • Always get a $12.50 delivery flat rate – For Community Pass members, delivery is just $12.50 starting from even 1 portion, making healthy food more accessible.
  • Build community – Members know they’re contributing to something that benefits everyone involved.

  • “We make healthy, local food more affordable while helping small businesses grow.”
  • “We avoid seed oils, artificial flavors, and additives — only clean, wholesome food.”
  • “Up to 20% of our profits support the Freebird Fund, helping people transition out of homelessness.”

8. How do I use gyms or wellness spaces to get clients?

  • Approach gym owners or managers to display a QR code stand, laminated poster, or other low-cost display.
  • If requested, HEHA HQ can send the QR code display directly to the location — either from the HEHA database or a custom version you create.
  • Explain to the gym owner how HEHA supports small businesses, fair pay, and affordable healthy meals for the community.
  • Use relationship-building and community connections as your main marketing method, not expensive promotions.

Yes — they’re great referral partners. Many already recommend meal plans to clients. Offer them a free Community Pass and affiliate earnings.

Definitely — they often have audiences looking for convenient, healthy food solutions.

If it uses our name/logo in new ways or involves co-branding with another business, yes — otherwise you have freedom to market creatively as long as it’s in line with our brand.

Yes — in fact, it’s encouraged. Many SOMs start with B2C to earn quick commissions while slowly building long-term B2B accounts for passive income.

Treat it like your own business:

  • Consistent outreach
  • Mix of in-person and online connections
  • Focus on value and mission, not just the sale
  • Build relationships for repeat orders and referrals
