At HEHA, we are committed to transparent and fair pricing while maximizing restaurant earnings, driver compensation, and customer satisfaction. Our dual-model system offers flexible À La Carte orders and cost-effective catering solutions, tailored to meet different restaurant and customer needs.

HEHA does not take commissions or percentage cuts from restaurant earnings. The only cost to restaurants is a flat $6 monthly fee for being listed on our platform—and it's free for the first 10 restaurant partners for the first year!

To ensure efficiency, our delivery structure is based on pre-planned routes:

• Estimated Driving Time: 1-2 hours per tour
• Pickup and Drop-off Wait Time: Max 15 minutes per stop
• Total Route Structure: 1-3 orders per tour (1-2 hours per route)
• Delivery Availability: Monday – Friday only
• Order Placement Required: At least 2 business days in advance

✔ No need to restructure pricing or portion sizes – Restaurants can offer standard portion prices or optional wholesale pricing.
✔ Easier for customers to meal prep – Small order minimums make this ideal for individuals and small businesses.
✔ Flat delivery fee per portion – Customers pay $2.60 per portion for delivery.

• Wholesale Price (Optional): $13.00 - $13.50 (before tax)
• HEHA Delivery & Service Fee: $2.60 per portion (Paid by Customer)
• Minimum Order Amount: 10 portions
• Final Customer Price per Portion:
  • $13.50 (Restaurant Price) + $2.60 (Delivery Fee) = $16.10
  • CUSTOMER PAYS: $16.10 + TAX

HEHA Fee for À La Carte:
✔ $2.60 per portion (Paid by the Customer, Not the Restaurant) – No additional costs for the restaurant!
✔ No impact from driver caps – Restaurants keep 100% of their portion earnings.

✔ Best for bulk orders – Attracts corporate clients, senior homes, and institutions.
✔ Lower per-portion pricing → Encourages bigger orders, reducing restaurant operational costs.
✔ Higher restaurant earnings after the driver cap is reached.

HEHA CATERING FLAT-RATE FOR CUSTOMERS: (Portion size adapts to Price) 

• Minimum Order Amount: 25 portion
• Standardized Catering Pricing (Per Portion):
  • Nourish (Basic) Menu: $13.50 (+ $0.35 transaction fee)
  • Vitality (Premium) Menu: $16.15 (+ $0.35 transaction fee)
  • Guilt-Free Dessert (GFD): $12.10 (+ $0.35 transaction fee)

HEHA Fee for Catering:
✔ $0.85 per portion – HEHA covers driver earnings until the cap is reached, then additional earnings shift to the restaurant.

✔ $1.75 per portion – Driver earnings - capped at $60 per order = up to 34 Portions 

Restaurant Earnings per Portion (After Driver Cap):

• Nourish (Basic) Menu: $11.25 per portion (Increases to $13 after driver cap)
• Vitality (Premium) Menu: $13.90 per portion (Increases to $15.65 after driver cap)
• Guilt-Free Dessert: $9.50 per portion (Increases to $11.25 after driver cap)

✔ Quick & Easy Setup – HEHA provides a tax-exemption code, so the restaurant can offer portion prices without tax (or wholesale rate)
✔ No Extra Costs – Just $6 per month listing fee (waived for the first 10 restaurant partners).
