VENDING SERVICE ARRANGEMENT
At our catering website, we aim to provide transparent and fair pricing for our Clients. To ensure this, we have devised a comprehensive calculation method:
Trip and Delivery:
The supplier is responsible for covering the expenses associated with trip and delivery, which are covered by the commission.
Donation Opportunity:
In alignment with our commitment to social responsibility, we offer a donation option for our Free Bird Fund. This allows customers to contribute to charitable causes effortlessly.
Average Vending Product Calculation:
Pricing for vending products is determined based on various factors, including quality checks and sales volume. Specific pricing details will be discussed and adjusted accordingly.
Commission:
As part of our vending service agreement, a standard commission of 10% is designated for Drivers & Healthy Habit LLC
Additional Notes:
- OPTIONAL: Suppliers have the option to either transfer the full commission or split it, with 20-30% redirected as a donation to the Freebird Fund. This donation can be utilized for personal tax deductions.
- Community Pass Benefits: Participating businesses are eligible for community pass benefits, providing access to exclusive offers and discounts within our network.
